Why is one nipple and areola larger after Breast Augmentation? (photos)

Thank you for sharing your photographs and questions.  I am sorry that your current results have not been what you anticipated, but you are early in the healing process with significant changes coming to both of your breasts.  You likely have some mild differences in swelling and implant placement between your two breasts accounting for the differences in nipple/areola size.  As your tissues relax and the swelling resolves you should see steady improvement in your results.  I know it is difficult but allow at least 6 months to pass before assessing your outcome.  

It appears that you also had a periareolar mastopexy. It is far too early to be concerned as over the next 3-4 months the areola I will normalize and may be closer in size.  If after 3-4 months asymmetry persists a simple revision as possible.
