I am 32A now looking at 375cc, moderate plus, silicone under. I don't like the protracted look that HP gives - I like more of the round, natural look. I'm 5'1, 105lb, petite, and love to work out. Pics are below of where I'm at currently, and samples of boobs that I'd like once it's done. I really want the full round look. Surgery is scheduled for 4/28/16!

A high profile silicone gel implant has a width of 12.0 cm and a projection of 4.8 cm for comparison. 375 mL is fairly large for someone of your size but it may be exactly what you want. I give those numbers so you can get an idea of why surgeons always seem to say you need to be seen and examined/measured to see what would meet your needs best. My guess is that 375 mL submuscular implants moderate plus or high profile will give plenty of volume to make you a full C/D cup. You might even be larger than that once you have healed. Answer: What Breast size will I be? It is hard to determine exactly what size you will be as cup size varies with different brand bras as well as the fact that patients perceptions differ as well. I typicall tell my patients to perform the rice test or some other method of sizing ( most plastic surgeons offer several options in their office as well). But the more you try on implants or sizers the more you will be able to convey to your surgeon what you believe is the size you would like. Without an exam no one should speculate on what your frame can handle and what would look good on you. I perform thousands of Breast implants a year and each patient has a unique idea of what they believe they want to look like and feel comfortable with. Then let your plastic surgeon guide you with that information on what would work with your anatomy. I do agree that several consults or opinions is not a bad idea. Just make sure they are board certified plastic surgeons with significant experience with Breast augmentation procedures.

Answer: Good choice This size implant would be nice but a moderate profile plus implant is a 13 cm diameter device which appears too wide for your chest wall. Unless you are in the high 200 cc range, you may have a better fit with a high profile device.

I would recommend you voice your concerns with your surgeon, they are in the best position to ensure that the implants the two of your decide upon are the right ones to meet your expectations. It sounds as if it may be wise for you to "try on" several of the implants so that you can have a better visual representation as to what they would look like. Best wishes!
