32A to full C/D. Will 375cc moderate plus, silicone unders get me there? (Photo)

The implant you are describing has a width of 12.8 cm and a projection of 4.0 cm.  A high profile silicone gel implant has a width of 12.0 cm and a projection of 4.8 cm for comparison.  375 mL is fairly large for someone of your size but it may be exactly what you want.  I give those numbers so you can get an idea of why surgeons always seem to say you need to be seen and examined/measured to see what would meet your needs best.  My guess is that 375 mL submuscular implants moderate plus or high profile will give plenty of volume to make you a full C/D cup.  You might even be larger than that once you have healed.  Best of luck!

Hello,Thank you for your question and for sharing your photos.  Based on what your goals are a MP implant with that volume should give you the full round look you are looking for that is likely closer to a D than a C.  On your petite frame smaller volume implants would likely still give you a full round look.  Remember there is not direct correlation between implant and cup size.  On a person with a different frame and different breast measurements the same implant will have a different look.  The best way to determine which is implant is correct for you is your breast measurements, your desired shape and fullness and your plastic surgeon's experience.Best of Luck with you surgery!Dr. Rednam

It is hard to determine exactly what size you will be as cup size varies with different brand bras as well as the fact that patients perceptions differ as well. I typicall tell my patients to perform the rice test or some other method of sizing ( most plastic surgeons offer several options in their office as well). But the more you try on implants or sizers the more you will be able to convey to your surgeon what you believe is the size you would like. Without an exam no one should speculate on what your frame can handle and what would look good on you. I perform thousands of Breast implants a year and each patient has a unique idea of what they believe they want to look like and feel comfortable with. Then let your plastic surgeon guide you with that information on what would work with your anatomy. I do agree that several consults or opinions is not a bad idea. Just make sure they are board certified plastic surgeons with significant experience with Breast augmentation procedures. 

Hello, great question and thank you for your photos! In my opinion, 375 cc #implants may be too large for your small frame. There are many factors that go into the choice of the best size implant for you. It is best to see two or three #boardcerrtifiedplasticsurgeons, communicate your desires and review the client pre and post #breastaugmentation photographs. At this time, show your BCPS photos of the results you desire include the shape and roundness. In my practice i recommend using - Cohesive Gel - Silicone Breast Implants with textured cover.They are quite safe and aesthetically best as they give a firmer consistency, better projection and most natural appearance than Saline implants.Kind regards,Dr. Emmanuel Mallol Cotes.-

This size implant would be nice but a moderate profile plus implant is a 13 cm diameter device which appears too wide for your chest wall.  Unless you are in the high 200 cc range, you may have a better fit with a high profile device.

Unfortunately it is impossible to recommend the best implant style, size or shape without an in-person examination that allows for the measurement of key breast parameters.   I would recommend you voice your concerns with your surgeon, they are in the best position to ensure that the implants the two of your decide upon are the right ones to meet your expectations. It sounds as if it may be wise for you to "try on" several of the implants so that you can have a better visual representation as to what they would look like. Best wishes!

I think the size is fine for you. don't get too hung up on the style of implant. I don't have the chart in front of me , but I know the difference in the diameter and projection is only a few millimeters

Thank you for your question and your pictures.   I think that with a 375 implant you should be able to get to approximately the size and shape of the picture with the orange bikini. I actually prefer the high profile gels in your case to get you to that round look you are wanting to have. Seek a consultation from a Board Certified PS.

I would suggest doing 3D photographic imaging and compare these 2 sizes.  You will be able to see exactly what each size would look like and choose the one you like most.

Many factors play a role in the decision on implant size.
I put them into two basic categories: patient goals and patient anatomy.
Patient goals relates to the look the patient is trying to accomplish. Instead of thinking about cup size, think more about the look you're trying to achieve.  Goal photos are an easy way to convey this to your surgeon.  In my practice I also use both an external sizing system as
well as 3D imaging technology to show a patient what different sizes might look
and feel like. A patient's goals are a central component but must
weighted against the patient's anatomy. Characteristics such as breast
width, nipple position, skin laxity, and skin thickness all affect implant
selected as well. These factors can all be assessed together during your
consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to find the most
appropriate size for you that is consistent with your goal.  Based on the info provided, I suspect the implant size selected will give you pretty close to the size and look you are looking for.  Again, the specifics of the implant selection depend largely on certain anatomical measurements that only your surgeon has.  I am sure you have done your due diligence in selecting the right surgeon for you so rest your faith in that decision.  Good luck on an excellent outcome!!
