I am 3 months post op, silicone 300cc in the left breast and 325 in the right. My cleavage gap is very wide, about 2.5-3 inches. My surgeon's office have been incredibly unhelpful, as they have been ignoring my emails and not picking up phone calls. Please help!

Answer: Gap between breasts Some minor adjustments can be made to the naturally occurring space between one's breasts. However, generally speaking, the space you start with is the space you will end up with following the augmentation. Trying to create a narrower gap where one does not exist can result in problems such as symmastia. If you surgeon is not communicating with you consider seeking out a second opinion.

Answer: Breast width post BA This is a challenging anatomical issue to address. You should discuss with your surgeon. But at baseline, as it appears in your pre-op photos, some women have a larger area centrally along the sternum and this creates width. This can also appear magnified when the breast fall laterally, as it appears in your pre photos. This is somewhat common and just putting implants in will not fix this, and once augmented, it often then becomes more visible to the patient. Again, it's a challenge, but there are surgical intervention steps that can be done to help, but in all, its difficult to get a perfect result.
