Please tell me what you think I don't have enough skin for a tummy tuck and I've seen people where they didn't have enough skin and their vaginas are lifted and it looks disturbing please help I had 3 babies my belly button was always a halfy not an innie or a outtie lol and my piercing hole got stretched I want lipo 360 with BBL and umbilicoplasty

Although you are very thin and don't have a lot of extra skin...not enough for a traditional tummy tuck...it is likely some extra skin that has caused your belly button's appearance.Perhaps consider a tummy tuck where your belly button is floated...meaning that it is detached from the deeper...

Be encourage you can expect a good result. It is not rare to see allergic reactions to triple antibiotics creams. Once you stop using it it should heal well. Follow your surgeon  recommendations. Best wishes.
