Did I mess up my scar revision? (photo)

Had a scar revision on my BB. I guess my triple antibiotic had neomycin in it. Did I just ruin my result. It looks like a think bumpy scar and very depressed on the actual incision. Too impatient to wait until my next appt with my dr.
