Hello, I am 29 years old, 169cm and 52kg for context. I have lost a significant amount of weight and am at the point where I am happy, but I have some loose skin that Id like to address. I had a breast lift in 2021 which I would like to redo to address the now loose skin and scarring, and there is some skin above my belly button that is loose, resulting in a frowning / horizontal shape that I dont like. Id just like to get some opinions on what might work for me! I would like to avoid a traditional full timmy tuck, and I would not like to get implants for my breasts. But I am open to any other suggestions, surgical or not! Many thanks in advance
So I had belly button revision after I got a botched belly button after a tummy tuck by the same surgeon. So he only addressed a little bit of skin on the top. As you can see my belly button is awful at the moment. I am in the process of having consultations with other surgeons as I cant live with it. A response I got from one surgeon was Thats exactly what were planning to do. The sides of the abdomen are slightly raised, while the center of the belly sits lower and thats the main issue. Well add some fat to the sides to even them out, and then contour the center inward Another surgeon said it just needs pulling inwards. Can someone please give me some input on what the best outcome will be
Hello - I'm almost 1 year post op from a TT + muscle repair and although I'm overall pretty happy with the results, I don't like the way my belly button turned out. It lies pretty flat against my skin and there isn't an inny portion to it. How easy would it be to revise this to be more of an inny belly button? Any recommendations or thoughts would be appreciated, thank you!
A few days ago, I had a total lap hysterectomy with an umbilical removal. I was very surprised/disappointed when I realized my normal, textbook innie now looks like this. My first question to a plastic surgeon is, is this presentation considered botched work? Secondly, can an umbilicoplasty restore what I now have back to something totally normal looking? How soon can I get that procedure post-op? Thank you.
Hello, I had my tummy tuck about 6 months ago. Im super unhappy with my belly button. My Dr stated that I have a short umbilical stalk so I had external stitching, which is fine, but its pretty much flat. Is there anything beyond this that can be done in my case? Its really depressing. I also feel like I have tons of loose skin up top and on my sides.
Hello, I am wanting to improve the appearance of my stomach. I am wondering if there is a surgery that could remove the stretch marks from the upper portion of my belly button. I would also be open to a mini or regular tummy tuck if needed. My biggest concern is above my belly button
It appears my bellybutton is closing. I've had one round of kenalog and have another scheduled in a couple weeks for the keloid. I've been able to clean the inside with a qtip until recently. I was having to clean and dry with a qtip because water gets trapped and smells awful. When i was able to clean and dry with a qtip, BB was about the depth on cotton tip. However now it looks very shallow, wondering if I've lost my BB
Would belly button reconstructive surgery improve the appearance of my belly button ? Will it look more unnatural if I have surgery o improve the symmetry? Any recommendations on preferred technique?
