Can having a belly button surgery cause infertility?

I want to do a surgery to turn my outtie belly button into an innie belly button but i'm scared I may be infertile after. can you please tell me the risk of this surgery?

Generally speaking, these symptoms are unusual with simple small umbilical hernias.  However, sometimes bowel can enter these hernias and partial blockage to the bowel can occur causing the very symptoms you describe of nausea , diarrhea and vomiting.  Speak with your GP about your symptoms.
