Rhinoplasty to reduce overall size, primarily bulbous tip and width of nose.

reindeer64
I want to mainly reduce the width of my nose; I have a narrow face, but a very wide nose. Can you please tell me if i can have the nose proportionally reduced ALL ALONG the length? My doubt lies in whether or not the base can also be reduced? (I have perfectly sized nostrils). Have also attached a picture of what i WANT it to look like. I am not looking for a perfect nose, just one more proportional to my face. Also my nose flares when I smile, and looks really awkward. Can this be fixed?
