You appear to be an excellent candidate for rhinoplasty.  Of course an in person consultation with a nasal exam is necessary to confirm this. Narrowing of your base and defining of your tip is certainly possible to achieve better overall facial harmony.Make sure you seek out a Board Certified surgeon that specialized in nasal surgery.

The nose is wide primarily in the nasal tip area and its base.  A tip plasty to narrow the nasal tip and an alar plasty to narrow the nostrils would give the best outcome.RegardsDr. J

Rhinoplasty will be able to achieve your goals and more.  Your nose needs more than you think. Consult with a plastic surgeon and be guided professionaly in this regard. 

Refinement of your tip and reducing you alar width certainly could be possible. I would want to evaluate you in person to review your nose overall.

 A rhinoplasty procedure can accomplish narrowing the bridge and narrowing the tip, shaving down  a dorsal hump and decreasing the projection of the nose. The bulbous tip is reduced with suture techniques and a conservative cartilage removal. Osteotomies placed in the nasal bones  can narrow the bridge line. realistically improved with an artistically performed rhinoplasty.

Keep in mind that following advice from a
surgeon on this or any other website who proposes to tell you what to do based
on two dimensional photos without examining you, physically feeling your
tissue, assessing your desired outcome, taking a full medical history and
discussing the pros and cons of the operative procedure would not be in your
best surgery. Natural appearing results need to be individualized and what is
appropriate for one patient is not necessarily the best for someone else. I
would suggest that you find a surgeon with extensive rhinoplasty experience
certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and one who is ideally a
member of The American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS) or a
facial plastic surgeon (otolaryngologist) that you trust and are comfortable
with. You should discuss your concerns with that surgeon in person. The length
of the procedure, cost, and the specific operative steps to achieve an ideal
cosmetic result vary from patient to patient and would depend on the findings
at your consultation examination.

Your goals do appear to be achievable. You need to have a consult with computer imaging to be certain that you and your doctor are on the same page about how much you would like to see different  or not and will make you happy.

Your tip can be narrowed and refined. I also suggest that you consider elevating your hanging columella (the strip between your nostrils) and slightly narrowing the base of your nose so your nostrils flare less when you smile. There is no true lateral view but it appears that you should reduce the fullness of your profile.
