Hello, I had a close rhinoplasty 8 months now... I'd been patient waiting waiting for it to heal, and hopefully get more refined like how it was first took the casting off. It gotten bigger due swelling I guess. But I'd been notice that I can feel the little silicone sticking out and can see it if I look up my nose. It's where the doctor make the Cut. Would this affect my healing and the way my nose turn out? Do I need to have it cut off or shove it back in? I sometimes do get little leakage.

If you have exposed silicone  in your nose, it will need to be removed. You should see your doctor as soon as possible for evaluation.

As the other doctors have advised silicone extruding from your nose is a serious matter that can lead to severe infection and even loss of your natural cartilage and skin. Therefore you should seek medical attention as soon as possible to avoid problems

If you have an extrusion of the silicone implant. Then you should have it removed as soon as possible. You will likely need another graft in the future.

If you have silicone in contact with the exterior the risk of infection is so high that removal is advised as soon as possible. Then a reconstruction with another material (best is your own cartilage) can be performed.

If you had a slid silicone dorsal implant placed in your nose it should be removed, the sooner the better. Consult with your surgeon or another rhinoplasty revision specialist. This complication is one of the reasons I use the patients own tissue to augment a nose.
