I was just wondering how long it takes for the bones as well as the cartilage of the nose to be as strong as they were before I underwent the rhinoplasty. I heard that the bone goes back to its full strength within about 6 week. Is this true? What about the cartilage? Does it also take 6 weeks to go back to its full strength or does it take more? Thanks.
