I have noticed that within the last 2-3 years, that I have started to age RAPIDLY. My entire face has changed shape and looks very bottom heavy and I am developing jowls. My jawline has always been very weak, however, now it’s worse than ever and I would like to treat that to define the entire jawline area from profile view, as well as treat the sagging jowls that affect my front facial appearance. Would I benefit from a mini facelift, or could I get away with something like Vaserliposuction?

Answer: Mini facelift You could probably get away with doing just fillers, giving you instant results without any scarring. If though, you are looking for longer lasting results, then I would recommend an upper mini facelift. This incision is in the hairline and will not be noticeable. This procedure lasts for 5 years and will give you the results that you are looking for.Dr Eric Seiger

Answer: Minimally invasive options first Hello. I would recommend avoiding dramatic surgery until you have explored other options. Adding volume to the cheek bones and behind the jawline can help lift the tissues and reshape the face without the permanency or risk of surgery. Ultherapy is also a powerful, non-invasive tool that is FDA approved for tightening and lifting the face, neck, and chest. If it is the actual jowl bothering you, Kybella is a very targeting fat dissolver that can minimize the fullness in that area without needing surgery.
