What to do about facial saggings/lines at 30?

I have prominent mouth lines and another line that starts at my eye. My eyes are also looking more hollow. Would i be a candiate for a mini facelift? I've already dome sculptra and microneedling RF, and have my second round (of RF) in a few weeks.

Thank you for providing your question and photos. Since you’re unsatisfied with your results from Sculptra and microneedling, you may want to consider the benefits of dermal fillers. This injectable treatment option can reduce the fine lines around the mouth and improve the eye hollowness you describe.

Dermal fillers work by restoring lost facial volume to produce a smoother, more youthful, and more awake appearance. Results from fillers can last for approximately 6-12 months, depending on the formula used. I suggest reaching out to an expert for a formal consultation. I like to recommend my patients start a combination of facial rejuvenation treatments.

1) Skincare with products and microneedling/PRP
2) PDT Light Therapy a few times per month with growth factors
3) Laser treatments like Clear + Brilliant regularly and others (Fraxel, Moxi, Viva, CO2, Erbium, Halo) a few times per year
4) Sculptra injections a few times per year for collagen production with fillers like Juvederm, Restylane, Belotero, Radiesse, and/or Bellafill
5) Thermage/Ultherapy for yearly skin tightening with or without PDO or cone-based Instalift threads for lifting
6) Botox every 2 to 3 months to stop movement lines and prevent lines at rest

You could probably get away with doing just fillers, giving you instant results without any scarring. If though, you are looking for longer lasting results, then I would recommend an upper mini facelift. This incision is in the hairline and will not be noticeable. I think the best options for you would be to restore some volume to your midface. so the sculptra is the best bet. Otherwise consider cheek fillers as well. That will volumize your midface and lift some of the lower face laxity. 
The line in your cheek and the under eyes indicate volume loss thats occurring as part of the normal ageing process.

Thank you for your question. At this point most likely radiofrequency and adding volume either via filler or fat transfer will likely give the most natural result with the least amount of downtime or invasiveness. While a deep plane facelift may address your concerns, it may be a bit more than what you'd want at this point. A "mini lift" will be unlikely to give a significant result, although the definition of what this entails varies from surgeon to surgeon. I hope this is helpful, and all the best to you.
