2 weeks ago i saw some changes On my face. Smile line. It’s really bothering me and i want to get rid of it . Not sure if i need a mini facelift or bucca fat pad removal . I want to get rid of the smile line as soon as possible because it look like it can get worst each day
Answer: Facelift You will have no problem finding a plastic surgeon to do either of those procedures on you. Whereas the buccal fat removal is pretty harmless you definitely should not be getting a facelift if any kind at your age.

Answer: Improving Deep Wrinkles -- Botox/Xeomin/Dysport/Jeuveau, fillers, fat, RF treatments, Ultherapy, Renuvion, lasers, Sculptra A combination approach would give the most improvement. Deep wrinkles and smile lines can be improved with a combination of Botox and/or fillers for the lines themselves and to build anatomical support with Sculptra for collagen building. Ultherapy is a great skin tightening device, but works best in combination with other treatments like J Plasma, RF treatments, lasers, microneedling/PRP, salt facials, Cosmelan for skin tightening and improve skin tone. Answer: Neither buccal fat or mini facelift will resolve these lines. These are nasolabial folds. No lifting technique will eliminate these. Grafting fat into these places permanent fat into an area that will change as you age. The graft fat will look very strange over time. I recommend considering hyaluronic acid filler for this issue. You need a high G prime filler like Restylane of Restylane Lift. Less is more. Yes, this service needs to be topped off and periodically removed to start over. The point is that it is an office service that can be erased as needed. The effects of bad surgery lasts forever. Choose wisely.
