In the scale of changes available, a deep plane necklift and deep plane facelift would be the most effective combination to produce definition in the lower face, jawline and neck and reduce the visibility of nasolabial and marionette lines.

As far as rhinoplasty surgery, it would be possible to use computer imaging and simulation to appreciate the potential impact of different changes not just for the nose but the overall facial appearance.

For the time being, computer simulations for facelift surgery are beset with limitations. These procedures can be done together safely and give you excellent results. For the nose you would want to reduce the dorsal hump, refine and elevate the tip. The mini lift would address your neck and cheek ptosis. You would need 1 week recovery.
