Hi! Had a mini-facelift that left my neck looking like this. I tried to talk to my doctor about how to fix it in the future after I'm healed and he told me I have body dysmorphia and basically to kick rocks. I honestly just want to know how hard this will be to fix in the future. Thank you!

Answer: Facelift I thought the expression was “pound sand”. Anyway the irregularity under your chin I’m sure can be corrected. It’s just a matter of how involved the process would be. It’s possible it could be corrected through an incision under your chin. But on the more complicated end it may require the facelift to be redone as a full facelift. Unfortunately the term mini facelift can mean a lot of different things but usually means cutting corners here or there and getting a suboptimal result.
