Unlike cars, don't shop for discounts with noses. To narrow your nose, the bridge needs to be built up. This can be done with implants, your ear or rib cartilage. The tip can be refined to help narrow and refine the ball on the end of the nose. If you are not quite ready for surgery you could consider a liquid rhinoplasty. With this in office treatment, a filler is placed along the bridge of the nose. You will notice an immediate change, which has the potential to last up to a year depending on which hyaluronic acid filler is used. Interview several surgeons who perform rhinoplasty, discuss their approach and then decide which optionmeets your goals.
Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photograph, you may benefit from a tip narrowing and refining rhinoplasty. Your surgeon can accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your lower nose. Cartilage grafts may also be used to help improve tip refinement. Cost varies by geographic region. The most important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person.Best wishes and good luck.Richard G. Reish, M.D.Harvard-trained plastic surgeon

Generally speaking, I am not a fan of computer imaging.1. It does not have the aesthetic sense of an artistic eye, nor does it take into account the entire face in relation to the nose.2. The image may not be possible to achieve either because of the technical ability of the particular surgeon...
