I am a 25 year old male & have always felt that I have a big dorsal nose. It's my biggest insecurity and have always wanted to get it shaved down and the tip more normal than "droopy". My jawline isn't the strongest so it makes it even worse. I have edited these pics with an app, would a closed rhinoplasty give me the best results like these pics? Opinions? Would my recovery be harsh for results like these? Thanks in Advance Doctors.
Answer: Rhinoplasty and possibly chin implant... Based on your photos, you are a great candidate for rhinoplasty. The bump could be taken down and the tip better refined while keeping it natural. A weak chin can be improved at the same time. Be sure to see a facial and rhinoplasty expert that can do computer imaging at the same time.
