Is a more "African" nose possible?

I'm Black (male) but my nose is somewhat "Caucasian." It protrudes a lot and has an elevated, thin, and bony bridge. I would like my nose to look more stereotypically "Black" or "African," especially when viewed from the side. I'm envisioning a flatter/wider/smoother bridge, wider and more rounded tip and nostrils, and overall less protrusion. I also have a deviated septum, which I believe is directly related to some of the boniness and sharp angles of the bridge. I understand this is an unusual request and typical "African American Rhinoplasty" often seeks to do the exact opposite of what I'm asking. But I want to know if this is feasible in general terms and if a doctor would be able to perform this since it may entail the reverse of what they usually do. I found an old post on here about a similar situation, but little other information. Thank you
