 A rhinoplasty procedure is only performed after the nose was fractured and displaced, and  it caused a permanent displacement. It's  best to wait for the swelling to subside, before making a decision about surgery. Also important to make sure you have the internal and external components of the nose evaluated by an ENT/ facial plastic surgeon with x-rays to document the extent of the nasal fracture. Sometimes  the septum becomes fractured and twisted  inside the nose, which is known as a a deviated nasal septum  and may need to be fixed as well. If your breathing is good and there is not a gross displacement of the nose then you have to just wait and see how things look after several weeks of recovery.  It is unlikely that you sustained any permanent damage (black eyes? significant distortion of facial features?).  Wait a minimum of 6 weeks and the assess your nasal contours.  If you see something that is different than before the trauma find a surgeon Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery for an opinion on rhinoplasty.
