2 weeks post open Rhinoplasty. Im a very active individual. My surgeon says 8 off exercise for all of his patients - his personal preference. This seems extreme to me, looking at some of the advice here. I was hoping to gradually phase cardio and weights from week 3, starting at 25% and working my way up to 100% over the following weeks. I do still have some swelling on the tip and wonder if taping my nose during exercise would be beneficial in controlling any exercise reduced swelling? Thanks!
