Also, can it be done in a closed rhinoplasty? I am three months post op and am noticing a "dent" on the right side of my nose. Could be swelling, but I have a feeling it's not gonna fill back up. Pics are in a previous question I asked. Thank you.

You should get the implant out immediately. After removal, especially if it is a large implant, you will need another rhinoplasty to fill the space that the implant occupied. Otherwise the skin will contract into a potentially irregular and abnormal state. This would ideally be done fairly so...
