How can a collapsed nasal valve be repaired if surgery repair went wrong?

ssmith68
I've had 4 procedures. The first was a septoplasty in 2013, 2/3 failed procedures this year. The last 3rd one was an in office where he inserted something to hold the nasal open. It's to long comes up by my nose to where I cant even where my glasses comfortably. What can be done to fix this. I told him I regretted not getting a fully rhino to fix the problem but he stated a full rhino would not fix it. Please help.
