I understand your concerns about the reactions to metal but dermal fillers are safe and tested. HA fillers are made from naturally occurring substances. You should have a consultation with an experienced and certified injector. Best, Dr. ALDO

I suggest less filler the first time, it typically causes more swelling on the first time and doing a significant amount of filler in the first injection can cause more significant swelling than you need.  plus its better to add more later then remove if you are unhappy.  Best, Dr. Emer.
