I had a botched lipo about 8 years ago. I had a BBL to correct it, however the fat injected in my buttocks 300cc each side, is too heavy, I already had much fat on my buttocks to begin with but hoped the extra fat would lift the buttocks. Overal my body is out of proportion, only have fat on the butt and all this just pushes it down, even if I do many squats daily. I cannot find any surgeon in US performing lower buttocks lipo. Are these photo results achievable? Is it a risk?

Answer: Liposuction of the Lower Buttocks Hello,There should be plenty of us who perform it, including myself. What will cause a drop of the buttock subcutaneous tissue is a loss of adherence of the infra-gluteal crease, something that occurs commonly when liposuctioning the upper posterior thigh, or banana roll. Suctioning above the crease is safe. Go visit a few ABPS certified/ASAPS member surgeons who specialize in body contouring. Best of luck!

Answer: Liposuction candidate Dear Ann_eu,if you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.
