Is it dangerous or risky to lipo the lower buttocks, will it drop? (photos)

Ann_eu
I had a botched lipo about 8 years ago. I had a BBL to correct it, however the fat injected in my buttocks 300cc each side, is too heavy, I already had much fat on my buttocks to begin with but hoped the extra fat would lift the buttocks. Overal my body is out of proportion, only have fat on the butt and all this just pushes it down, even if I do many squats daily. I cannot find any surgeon in US performing lower buttocks lipo. Are these photo results achievable? Is it a risk?
