How long until my knee swelling goes down after liposuction?

At 3 weeks post op it is normal to be swollen I recommend you visit your PS to discuss your concerns and maybe change you garment  for a different one, best of luck.

It takes months for the swelling to go down after liposuction.  I suggest seeing an epert for post operative care to speed up the healing process, with radiofrequency treatments, massage, and compression.  Best, Dr. Emer.

cs9876.   I appreciate your concern, but BBL is a lot of surgery!. There is significant liposuction involved and swelling takes a long time to resolve. You are describing normal findings after this operation. Try to stay patient and follow up with your plastic surgeon. Best of luck.
