Yes, the CoolMiniapplicator can be used to remove stubborn fat deposits that mayaccumulate around the knees. Using the DualSculpting method (i.e. twomachines at the same time), both knees can be treated at once, whichlessens the treatment time. We usually recommend a Z-wave massageafter CoolSculpting to help enhance results and minimize the risk forbruising. Please contact a board-certified dermatologist who not onlyhas expertise with CoolSculpting, but has successfully treated kneefat multiple times.
Hello, Thank you for your question. Cool mini can be used around the knees for the right candidate. However you need to consult with a local physician to determine if you have the right type of fat in the area, and if it can be attached correctly to the problem area. Good luck!
CoolSculpting can help treat the fat deposits around the knee. I'd suggest consulting with an expert in the field to discuss the best treatment options, as there are other treatments such as Kybella which are used to treat fat. Kybella is approved for use on submental fat, but off label it can also treat fat around the knee. Best, Dr. Emer
Cool Sculpting can be done on the inner knee and works beautifully to remove the bulge in this area. In fact, I have had this done myself! The mini is not used as it is too small, but two of the standard hand pieces work very well, depending on the shape of the knee.
Hello and thank you for your question.CoolSculpting Mini applicator is an excellent option for reducing fat around the knees. I have successfully treated the knee and inner thigh areas with CoolSculpting. I would recommend an in person consultation with a Board Certified Physician to discuss your options.Best of luck, Andrew Lyos MD, FACS
The CoolMini applicator can be used to treat the fat around the knee in appropriate candidates. Please see an experienced provider to determine if the treatment is right for you. Best wishes.
Yes, the cool mini can be placed near the knee depending on the amount of tissue you want improved upon. When you get your assessment just be realistic about the amount of improvement you're seeking. It's a small applicator. In my practice we do that area, just make sure it matches your expectations! Best of Luck.
Yes, CoolMini can be used to remove fat deposits around the knees and other smaller, hard-to-reach places. Zeltiq has done an excellent job of developing a variety of applicator shapes so that many more areas of the body can be treated with its noninvasive cryolipolysis, which “freezes” away fat cells. CoolMini removes fat permanently, as do the other CoolSculpting applicators. You may require more than one session, as only about 20% to 30% can be eliminated during a single treatment. Please see a board-certified dermatologist to find out if you are a candidate for CoolMini.
The Cool Mini not only does a sensational job at reducing the fat beneath the chin, but has proven to be very successful with sculpting the small pockets of fat around the knee as well. For years we had CoolSculpting patients asking what we could do for the knee area. Everyone was very excited when the Cool Mini was introduced. Now we have helped thousands of patients treat the knee area, and the our clients couldn't be happier. We have also achieved amazing results treating the small pocket of fat just under the armpit area. The majority of our clients get both knees treated simultaneously. We have seven machines, so treating multiple areas is not only fun, but saves a lot of time. This procedure will present you with smooth, natural looking results that are permanent.
The CoolMini applicator was approved to treat fat under the chin, but can be used to treat other small pockets of fat. Most common areas outside of the chin are above the knee, on the side of the knee and under the arm bra fat. How well people respond to this treatment really depends on technique. The placement of the applicator is critical. The reason is that the CoolMini doesn't stay in place with suction alone. It needs to be secured with separate velcro straps. These straps can affect the placement and positioning of the applicator and ultimately affects its effectiveness. I've found that most people need to be treated twice in a single area to get the results they're looking for. Some people do ok with a single treatment, but most people have enough fat that they need to be treated twice.
It is hard for me to assess based on your photo exactly what you are referring to. however, you will need to wait 3 months to see how it will truly work out. That is a large volume treatment so hopefully the results would be amazing. I would not repeat anything before assessing your results at...
I would suggest reviewing your before and after photos with your treating provider. You should compare if you're at equal weight and review the pictures. If indeed you appear worse ask for their opinion on repeating the treatments. They should also assess you for any issues including paradoxical...
Having a Coolsculpting treatment over a mole should not cause any problems because the Cryolipolysysis technology does not affect the skin in the treatment area. I hope that helps
Yes, it's still too soon to tell what your results will be and it shouldn't be negatively impacted by your hypothyroidism. Coolsculpting results will be apparent in 3-4 months. With Coolsculpting, I recommend adding a combination of radiofrequency treatments like Vanquish, Venus Legacy, Exil...
This may resolve in a few months. In the meantime, I recommend a combination of lasers, lightening creams, sun protection and peels to help resolve the hyperpigmentation. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer
It's tough to tell from your photos what is causing the shadow and/or indentation. I find that although coolsculpting is great, it is limited on contouring and how much fat can be removed. This area is best treated with VASER liposuction in combination with ThermiRF, ultrasound and fat grafting ...
