Bunched skin on side of nose. Can this be fixed without surgery? (Photo)

If the bunched up skin next to your nose is due to a hyperactive nasalis muscle, botox injections are relatively easy and predictable for improving upon the the appearance of your nose with smiling. Hello and thank you for your question. If this is only happening when you smile, then Botox may be an option. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
