Bunched skin on side of nose. Can this be fixed without surgery? (Photo)

I had a rhinoplasty with septiplasty and turbinate reduction in 2016. I now have this skin that bunches up on the side of my nose when I smile. Is this something my ENT would be able to fix without surgery? Ive heard of Botox for bunny lines. Would that help? I want to avoid surgery.

There is still a lot of swelling in that photo. I do not recommend that patients analyze their nose until many months after surgery. This is because the swelling can make the appearance very different.
