I can't tell if I have a turkey neck or not. I have bad posture due to loss of cervical lordosis and that could be contributing. This photo is me doing my best posture. Could it be due to a muscle imbalance? I'm getting double jaw surgery in about a year. Should i wait until after that to consider a neck lift? Does it seem like there is a turkey neck situation at all? It's hard for me to tell due to the spine deformations in my neck :( (military neck, klippel feil syndrome)
