What’s gone wrong, Cobra neck? Anything other? What options?

Im into my 4 months post surgery from a SMAS face and neck lift along with a platysmaplasty . I’ve been worried since day one with seeing my results as my neck just didn’t fit the ‘norm’ expected after surgery. Personally it’s been ugly from the start. Everyday I massage, I’m so conscious of it and upset. I thought I choose my surgeon well , I did say I wanted no lipo on my neck as it was only a small bit but he’s done it. Will the middle drop down to match ? What options ? Don’t want to go back
