In Feb 2023 I had a necklift, I fill the muscle is tight but the skin still sags. Is this common? I’m 56, healthy and good BMI.

I would perform a secondary face/neck lift. You need to redrape the excess skin of the neck and lower face to properly get the skin to have less redundancy/wrinkling.
