I was fortunate enough to meet Dr. Giray Genc in Istanbul, and without a doubt, it was the best decision I could have made. Originally, I had been in contact for months with another doctor in Istanbul from my home in the United States, but upon arriving in the city, my experience with that professional did not meet my expectations. During my hotel stay, several people recommended Dr. Giray Genc, and honestly, he turned out to be the best thing that happened to me in Istanbul.

Dr. Giray Genc is an exceptional and highly professional doctor; his team is very friendly, efficient, and always available. He performed a facelift, temple lift, and neck lift, as well as corrected the tip of my nose, and the results were simply impressive. I am still in the healing process, but you can already see the remarkable difference and the excellent work he has done.

I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Giray Genc, he is undoubtedly one of the best plastic surgeons I have ever known. Yes, I was initially scared to have surgery in another country because I wasn’t sure about the hospital’s quality, but Dr. Giray and his team made me feel right at home and completely at ease. He truly cares about his patients and is always available when you need him. Word has it he is one of the best in Istanbul.

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. I was very apprehensive and anxious, as I have never had surgery before or been put to sleep. From my initial video consultation, I was completely made to feel at ease by Dr Giray. He took the time to assess all my concerns, questions and goals, and I knew I was in the best hands. From Emine’s organising and assisting with all my bookings and questions, when we arrived in Istanbul I was then put in touch with Hazal. Hazal is honestly one of the nicest people ever, she greets you with such care and compassion and both her and Dr Giray have followed up since surgery and kept in touch which is so nice. Dr Giray is calm, soft spoken and on the day of surgery I was very anxious and he instantly made me feel so much safer and relaxed. He’s a magician at what he does, I am 1 month post op and the results just keep getting better and better. For a first timer, and someone travelling from the UK, I couldn’t fault Dr Giray and his team.
The apartment we had at the hotel was honestly fantastic, they really made it a home away from home with all the facilities and it was like living in a 5 star hotel - the same with the hospital, just absolutely stunning and the nurses were so kind and helpful. Everything was immaculately clean and high standard.

At 53, I traveled from the US to Istanbul for cosmetic surgery with Dr. Giray Genc at Vanity Clinic, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the start, Emine answered all my pre-surgery questions, from booking details to transportation and hotel arrangements. Once in Istanbul, Hazal seamlessly coordinated my transfers to and from the hospital, as well as surgery times and follow-ups. The care was flawless.
Dr. Giray Genc was attentive and patient, listening to all my concerns and collaborating with me to plan a deep-plane facelift, neck lift, endoscopic brow lift, and fat transfers to my face and hands. His commitment to achieving a natural look while respecting my wishes made me feel confident in every step. The results—just a week post-surgery—are already remarkable. I feel like I look at least 15 years younger, and the support I’ve received has been outstanding, even as I prepare to fly home.
Dr. Giray also provided an incredibly detailed post-operative recovery plan, ensuring I understood every step to optimize my healing and long-term results. He made himself readily available for any questions or concerns and graciously agreed to give me lip filler before my trip back home (although he thought I was perfection without it) adding a perfect finishing touch to my transformation.
During my recovery, I experienced some nausea, and Dr. Giray and Hazal went above and beyond, making an extra visit to the hospital at 11 PM to ensure I had the care I needed. Dr. Giray even decided to keep me an extra night in the hospital for monitoring and personally arranged for more effective nausea medication.
I’m incredibly grateful for the care I received and the amazing results. Dr. Giray Genc and his team truly exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend them to anyone considering cosmetic surgery in Istanbul.

My swelling is slowing going down; Dr. Giray said I'd see a 30% reduction in swelling after 1 month and an 80% reduction in swelling after 4 months. My head and sides of my face are still numb. No pain or discomfort. I still have bruises under my eyes that I tried to cover up with concealer. I'm wearing my face strap ALL the time, but on Saturday I can take off the surgical tape and can start wearing the face strap when I'm home and sleeping for 2 more weeks (I'm looking forward to taking it off). I still feel some dry eye/fatigue with my left eye - the super swollen side - but that's it for recovery deficits.

I still have quite a bit of swelling and some bruising. I’ve been trying to cover the bruises for work. I keep putting my Hirudoid gel on my face and my antibiotic cream on my incisions. My smile is still lopsided but I’m so swollen and numb I’m not surprised. I’m loving everything so far! My incisions are barely noticeable already and I’m not using scar gel yet since I still have dissolvable stitches.

I notice that the swelling is slowly going down, although I still have a lop-sided grin! I’m still numb along the sides of my head and into my temples. And the bruises under my eyes are still evident. No pain. I’m using bio oil and silicone scar gel on my incisions.

The swelling continues to go down and I can see more of my refreshed self. I still have numbness along the side of my face and some swelling.No pain. I definitely think I have a more refreshed look. My lopsided smile continues to get better as the swelling goes down in the left side of my face. I can still feel some twinging from some of the stitches in my neck.

I’ve noticed more settling and I believe that I’m looking more refreshed than pulled. I still have swelling and numbness on the sides of my face into my temples. My smile/speech is still lop-sided pulling to the right as I wait for my nerves to wake back up on the left. Cheek swelling comes and goes depending on my activity level. I still see some dissolvable stitches in my hairline below my temples.

I’m continuing to heal very nicely. I still have some numbness along the sides of my cheeks, but my lopsided grin is almost completely gone. The stitches on the side of my face are barely noticeable , but the ones behind my ears are still raised and pink. I continue to put bio oil on them daily. I have noticed that as my brow lift swelling has gone down that I will probably want to get an eye lift within the next year! I think I look refreshed

Took a flight from California to Dr. Genç to have a revision rhinoplasty and breast augmentation. I had my first rhinoplasty in Beverly Hills in 2018 and was disappointed as I felt my nose was too long for my face. I have been searching for years for a doctor to do my revision as they all said they were unable to revise my nose. I have also been searching for a doctor that I felt comfortable with for a breast augmentation.

Then I found Dr. Genç on realself and messaged through Whatsapp! I sent pictures and messaged about my concerns which were all addressed.

Emine from Dr. Genç’s team responded so fast and gave me all the information I needed to proceed. I was able to set a date right away and book flight tickets. Emine was so helpful and responded thoroughly and quickly to my messages.

When I arrived in Turkey for my consultation, I spoke to Dr. Genç about how I wanted my nose shorter and more upturned. I also discussed how I wanted my breast implants to be high profile and round. Dr. Genç gave me a nose that fit my face and implants that fit my body frame. I was beyond happy when I saw the results after surgery.

I also spoke to Hazal who helped me through the process while I was in the hospital, she was so kind and sweet . I had no anxiety or worries and felt completely comfortable with the Dr. Genç and his team.

I feel so blessed and happy about my results. I will be recommending my friends and family.
The surgeries were definitely worth the 6,800 mile flight!!!

Very friendly and good at this work, went way better that i could have imagend! I would recomend him any times. The help and stay was also perfect and i felt save and looked after. It was my first surgery and i was scared but i‘m glad Dr. Giray Genc was my doctor!

Highly recommend Dr Giray and his team. I had a Brest lift, Neck lift, Lower face lift, and jaw lipo.
My coordinator Emine was amazing from start to finish she answered every single question and enquiry. I had she was so patient and made me feel so comfortable. She organised a FaceTime consultation and I knew straight away. That was the doctor for me.
When I got to Turkey we got picked up by the transfer and taken straight to one of the hospitals to get bloods done and then dropped off to the hotel. We rested and then two days later met with the doctor and that was surgery day Dr Giray spent over an hour with me talking me through everything step-by-step he took his time drawing me up.
The hospital was extremely clean. The staff and nurses were super helpful. I have no faults. I then got discharged after one day and the Dr came and checked on me the next day at my hotel.
The hotel that was included in my package Had nurses on site 24/7 and hotel staff where kind and extremely helpful hotel was also clean .
Amazing experience.
