FIRST VISIT… just hours ago. Procedure complete. I’m from Canada and did quite the research before choosing a surgeon in Istanbul for my procedure. Originally I was getting a ‘deep plane facial’ along with my upper eyelids done (bleph). I chose Dr Genc because everything I read about him was his mission to give patients a ‘refreshed look’ not that snatched look social media projects. I respect that so much. After much thought I decided to just go with only the eyelids this trip. From my initial inquiry with Emine (his assistant) right through to walking out the door following my procedure… I can’t say enough fantastic things about this clinic. Oh I liked him so much! What a gentle, sincere and nice man. Very professional & friendly. I’m sure I will be very happy with the results. It seemed like he was so particular about everything… marking up the area and then the amount of time he took during the procedure perfecting his work… my lids! Emine was beautiful inside & out. My experience with her was wonderful. Again professional and friendly. The assistant to Dr Genc that helped him the entire time from marking my lids prior to the procedure and right to the end… very warm, kind and also quite particular being very precise with how all of this goes for me. So far my feelings regarding this clinic are so positive & content. I’m hopeful. I will follow up when I heal and truly see what my final results are. ????

I cannot recommend this gentleman and his team enough. As a duel qualified nurse i did extensive research into his work before I decided this man was the one to carry out my surgery. His surgical skills and communication with patients are exceptional. He is not just a surgeon he is someone who genuinely cares. He explains everything from the needle to the thread ensuring you are aware of what to expect and what the risks are. The results of surgery are mind blowing. If your looking for a surgeon you will not go wrong with this team. I felt well cared for and safe through out my stay.

I just returned from Istanbul and had DPFL/DPNL fat transfer and upper bleph with Dr. G. He is a very talented surgeon and I am so lucky to have found him. His staff and nurses and office admins are all extremely conscientious and kind and as talented as he is! Hotel was excellent, aftercare excellent. He is patient and answers all questions thoughtfully. He could have an enormous ego, but he doesn't. He is obsessive to detail, does not upsell you on any procedure and genuinely cares about your happiness and satisfaction. I researched all his credentials thoroughly as I am a skeptical person, and after all, we only have one face. Highly highly recommend Dr. G. Breast Augmentation & Rhinoplasty This was my first surgery under anesthesia, and I’m so happy with my results. Dr. Giray also had suggestions that gave me more realistic expectations. He was very honest about what I could expect, which I really appreciated. I also had two moles removed and received Botox. Dr. Giray and his team were so incredibly attentive and accommodating from the day of my first consultation over the phone until the date I left Istanbul. And not only for me, but my mom who came with me as well. The hotel and transfers were all taken care of for me. They even extended my stay 1 night due to an error I made with my return flight. They made my whole experience as seamless and comfortable as possible. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
