I’m 28 I had a BBL with liposuction to my inner thighs, outer thighs, upper/lower abdomen, sacroiliac, hips, mon pubis and flanks 5years ago along with a breast lift and small implants (already D/DD wanted to fill in upper breast) My question is what can I do about this, to revers the bbl and augmentation. I’ve gained weight but with that my bbl and breast have grown to. I feel disfigured and charicuture like when I look in the mirror the unwanted attention has me covering my body as much I can

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

I’m starting to see a lot of patients like you now. This is one of the downsides of the procedure in the context of an unhealthy lifestyle, poor diet and lack of exercise.  With weight gain, the buttocks will mushroom. That’s why a more conservative approach is best. Targeted and precise liposuction can be used to reverse this along with downsizing your implants or just removing them. Good luck.

You can consider having your implants removed at any time to reduce the size of your breasts.  You can have further reduction of your breast tissue if you prefer your breasts to be smaller than they are naturally.  Your surgeon can evaluate your concerns regarding your BBL and to determine if you are a candidate for liposuction.

Based on the information given, it would seem that weight loss would be the easiest and healthiest solution to your problem. You didn’t include before and after pictures so we can’t begin to make an assessment.
Breast implants can certainly be removed, and while it’s not common to do liposuction of the buttocks, it can be done.
If you were happy with the outcome at your previous weight and weight gain caused the problems, then addressing the weight gain, is the most logical solution to your problem.
