Answer: Why does my BBL look so deformed after 3 revisions? Hello @ENAXY73WY3B9I5, thank you for your question. It is important to take into account several aspects among which is the surgical technique applied because a lot depends on the surgical technique and approach. It is important, however, to carefully examine every case, to have a consultation, and to consider factors such as your body features, age, needs, and expectations. The more technology used, the more quickly the tissues recover however it is important the expertise of the surgeon using this technology. Best wishes!! Alan Gonzalez MD, FACS. Best wishes! Answer: BBL results Dear ENAXY73WY3B9I5, I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice. Answer: Why does my BBL look so deformed after three revisions? You are in good company with many others who had high hopes for BBL but instead received disappointing results (lumpiness, unevenness, lack of projection in the central and/or lower buttock, post-deflation sagging, etc.) as most of the fat melts away. It is not quite as much the quality of the doctor nor liposuction technique but rather the quality of the procedure that is a large part of the problem. Thus, going back for additional rounds of BBL most often produces the same disappointing results but at another financial loss. Buttock implants, however, provide a more reliable, predictable, relatively safe, and permanent result, especially for adding projection to the buttock and often smoothing out lumpiness. Occasionally a lower buttock tuck may be advantageous for lower buttock fold asymmetries and/or sagging. When considering buttock implants make sure that the surgeon is going to be placing the implants within gluteus muscles , (a.k.a. “intramuscular pocket”), and that they are using anatomically correct, oval-shaped implants, such as Stanton Anatomic ®️ implants. Please keep in mind that an extremely few number of board-certified plastic surgeons specialize in these buttock implants so be sure to consult with one that is reputable and experienced. Unfortunately you may have to travel long and far away from home to find this particular surgeon. Glad to help.

Answer: Why does my BBL look so deformed after 3 revisions? The answer is you needed an expert in BBL revisions. There are very few boarded Plastic Surgeons offering to take on "botched" BBLs. And posting ONLY 1 in clothing photos is not very helpful. Appears a a surgical caused 'chicken butt', 'diaper booty' deformity. My guess is I recommend a combination of excision medial areas of buttock hang with fat grating to dents and fat for reshaping under ultrasound. Fee $8,000. Best to virtual consult with...

Answer: The dirty diaper bottom lock To make an assessment on the outcome of a plastic surgery procedure we always need to see proper before and after pictures. For individuals who had multiple revisions, to make an accurate assessment, we need to see before and after pictures of each procedure. If you don’t have proper before and after pictures then ask your surgeons to forward the pictures they took. The droopy lower part of your inner buttocks is not related to fat distribution. That cannot be improved by doing liposuction or grafting fat. I’m assuming that it is the lower droopy inner part of your buttocks that bothers you. You’re wearing clothing in the picture so it’s hard to make a good assessment. To treat that area you need a tuck(cut out skin to lift the area). The condition and treatments are well described in the YouTube video by Dr. Mendieta in Miami Florida. The title of the YouTube video is called the “Miami thong lift. “ I suggest you watch that YouTube video to get an understanding of the condition and treatment options. I question if you were a good candidate for a BBL in the first place. Delivering consistent quality liposuction and fat transfer results is more difficult than most people believe. The numbers of providers who do these procedures well on a consistent basis is relatively rare. Not only are doing the procedures well on a consistent basis difficult but so is making accurate assessments and predicting outcomes correctly and consistently. Personally I recommend patients have multiple in person consultations before considering having any permanent, irreversible body changing procedure. Are usually recommend patient start by having at least five in person consultations before considering scheduling surgery. Individuals provide multiple revisions usually present with very complex situation that our difficult to improve upon. Sometimes improvements are possible if a different approach is applied but often having had multiple previous surgeries makes things more and more difficult Weather technique described in the YouTube video works well or not or finding provider so I have a skill in doing that may be another story.
