Hello, Ive had lipo 360 with Jplasma. I have gained some weight however i feel liike i shouldbt look like this. Should i get lipo 360 again or get a back lift.
Answer: Consider additional skin tightening Thank you for your question! Since there are no photos to examine, I am unable to evaluate how much fat and/or loose skin you have. With weight gain, most patients will need liposuction again, as getting liposuction does not prevent weight gain in that area. However, you may or may not need to also address the loose skin, as skin tends to stretch over time and with weight gain. If there is a significant amount of loose and extra skin, you may benefit most from a back lift (skin excision). If you are a candidate, this would provide you with the best result. However, if you have some loose skin but not enough for skin excision, you can try using Jplasma for a 2nd time to tighten the skin further (or other modalities such as bodytite, laser, etc). It has been shown that additional skin tightening treatments can tighten the skin even further, as well as improve the quality of the skin, preventing is from stretching so easily in the future. Please consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon to discuss your options and good luck!

Answer: Back rolls: fat or saggy skin Liposuction shoul not be done just because of weight gain. If the skin is bulging it may be becyofnsaggy skin and that will need skin tightening. Be encouraged. Dr. Cárdenas

Answer: Hello First to Good morning, first, to be able to properly assess photos are required, Second, the j plasma the truth does not work, it does not produce the skin retraction effect as they promise, the retraction effect is temporary, probably in your case another liposuction and cutting of excess skin will be required

Answer: Deciding on a Back Lift Post-Liposuction Thank you for your question regarding whether you should get a backlift. If you have persistent excess skin folds unresponsive to 360-degree liposuction and J-Plasma treatments, a back lift might indeed be the suitable next step. There are two primary types of back lifts to consider: horizontal back lift, also known as horizontal torsoplasty, and vertical back lift or vertical torsoplasty, where the incision extends from the armpit down the side of your chest. The choice between these would depend on your specific body contour and the surgeon's expertise. Thank you for your question about opting for a backlift following liposuction. Please consult with your plastic surgeon for the most tailored advice. Sincerely, Dr. Katzen

Answer: Back Lift Generally speaking, excess skin following liposuction should not be expected to retract with additional liposuction. After emptying the skin of fat with liposuction the skin should retract around the empty space, and if it does not there is likely a lack of elasticity of the skin that cannot be corrected with additional liposuction. Every time weight loss or gain occurs, this elasticity decreases again. For this reason, after liposuction excisional procedures are typically recommended.
