From your pictures this could be fibrosis which can soften over time. it could be tracts where liposuction was performed to close to the skin creating tracts. you are early out of surgery. it may take 4-6 months for the swelling to come down and the firmness soften.

It is not unusual to have some irregularity along the incision line 8 days after upper blepharoplasty.  This issue normally will resolve by itself over more time.  It can take several weeks for this to occur though.
