Is this fibrosis in my arms post brachioplasty? (Photos)

from your pictures this could be fibrosis which can soften over time. it could be tracts where liposuction was performed to close to the skin creating tracts. you are early out of surgery. it may take 4-6 months for the swelling to come down and the firmness soften.

hi at 2 months post surgery it is early days and I would definitely recommend massage with any kind of moisturising cream twice a day. I always warn my patients to expect areas of hardening developing in the liposuctioned areas that come and go as the internal scar evolves, please wait a full 3 - 4 months and then get in touch with your PS. hope this helps, do keep me posted, warm regards Dr Prashant Murugkar

Dear lauravanney, See your surgeon for post operative instructions regarding massage and diagnosis. Hopefully he/she can walk you through the recovery phase as they know best what procedures and techniques were used.
