One year ago i had a septorhinoplasty. I had a bump on mynatural nose. But 1 year later there is a clearly visible bump on my nosetip. It looks like a giant pimple. Its hard. 6months after my rhinoplasty this bump was already visible. My doctor said that if she would rasp it off my nosetip would hang down. Is there a possibility to rasp this down without a hanging tip? I hate it
