Septal extension graft removal. How can I get a natural look and feel again?

We'd need photos, of course, but in general these things can be addressed readily. We can remove excess grafting, reposition cartilage, and generally help your nose to look and feel more natural. There is an unfortunate trend in rhinoplasty to keep adding grafts.

Thank you for your question. Generally, in revision rhinoplasty cartilage grafts that are placed may be removed. It will be important to speak with your rhinoplasty surgeon the effects of potentially removing the graft and other maneuvers as well, and also to preserve function/breathing.

Without photos, it is difficult to say exactly, but it sounds like the only option to deproject your tip would be another surgery. I would recommend waiting the full 12 months before committing to another surgery. It can take a while for the sensation to fully return, and it is possible that the sensation may never return to back to baseline. Best of luck!
