I had a revision rhino over 9 months ago and have thin skin. My results are horrific. Septal extension graft has over-projected my nose when I specifically asked I did not want that. I want it removed now. It is placed on the left which is also causing asymmetries to the shape of my nose in my columella (the left side of columella is being pushed downward). Also the tip of the nose is thinned out (sutured to the tip) and gives me an unnatural look. How can I get a natural look and feel again?
