Revision rhinoplasty - is it possible to get length back to my nose?

Hi! Yes, it is possible to lengthen your nose (although you should know that you will NEVER be able to turn back time and go back to your "old nose") -- to do this, you need additional strong cartilage to add to the bottom of your nose (called a septal extension graft). I am not sure if you have any remaining cartilage in your nose (my suspicion is no given that your nose got shorter) so most likely you would need to outsource to rib. Now one thing you will have to know is that your skin is tightening and shrink wrapping around your current nose now. If you want to extend it, you are asking a lot from your skin to now stretch and grow around something else (plus you are disconnecting it from its blood supply during surgery) so you are at much higher risk for complications. That is not necessarily a bad thing if you really desire this result, but you need to go in prepared to do additional treatments if necessary.
