I had a rhinoplasty done in 2017. The tip of my nose is still too upturned and the skin has shrink wrapped around the cartledge and I can see some of it poking out. I’m fair skinned and have thin skin. I also feel tingling in the area. Im not sure if the tingling is related. I’d love for the tip to come down a few mm and for more fullness so I don’t look like I have a pinched tip. What can be done without surgery? I have two kids now and can’t be away from home. Thank you!
