What is this weird dent on the side of my nose? Should I get a revision? (Photo)

I’m unhappy with my rhinoplasty results. I got a septorhinoplasty for 20k in Beverly Hills and have had issues. What causes this weird ideation on the right side of my nose that causes a shadow?

We'd need photos, of course, but in general these things can be addressed readily. We can remove excess grafting, reposition cartilage, and generally help your nose to look and feel more natural. There is an unfortunate trend in rhinoplasty to keep adding grafts.
