Visible round tip graft - is tip plasty an option?

Really want to avoid another open revision. Is it possible to soften and camouflage the sharp graft edges, using nano-fat, fascia or perichondrium with endonasal minimally invasive procedure?

Boy, if the graft edges are sharp enough to show up well and be a problem, putting stuff around the edges won't keep the edges from still pressing up against the skin. The added material will go *around* the edges and the edges themselves will still be a bother, and now your tip will be much larger, too, probably not something you're looking for. I'd do bunches of research before going down that path. Another revision, depending on what's gone on so far surgically of course, doesn't have to be a nightmare, especially if it has a good chance of correcting the problem.
