Visible round tip graft - is tip plasty an option?

Really want to avoid another open revision. Is it possible to soften and camouflage the sharp graft edges, using nano-fat, fascia or perichondrium with endonasal minimally invasive procedure?

We'd need photos, of course, but in general these things can be addressed readily. We can remove excess grafting, reposition cartilage, and generally help your nose to look and feel more natural. There is an unfortunate trend in rhinoplasty to keep adding grafts.
