I'm 35 years old, 5ft10 and weigh 158 lbs. I would like to get lipo on my stomach, back and flanks. Would i have a lot of loose skin? I want to avoid a tummy tuck. It doesn't have to be perfect, but I don't want to look worse because of loose skin. I did have 2 children.

Answer: Good candidate There is no doubt, based on these photos, that you are good candidate for liposuction. Although you may have not thought about it, small shaping/augmentation of hips and buttocks would significantly improve result of liposuction. Talk to a board certified plastic surgeon with experience in body contouring about liposuction and conservative fat transfer to buttocks/hips. Hope this helps. Good luck.
