You should start out with 1cc of juvederm filler or restylane filler and go from there. You do not want to overdo too much filler in the lips. It also depends on the look you are going for too. You can always add more filler to the lips if needed. Just remember if you are going to do your lips and you do not want to bruise you should not take any aspirins or anything that will thin the blood since brusing can occur. One syringe is typically $500.
Thank you for sharing your question and photographs. The best treatment would be through the use of a dermal filler such as Juvederm. This will add volume to the lip, improving the amount of red-show seen when smiling. Be sure to see an ASPS board certified plastic surgeon in consultation.
You would get a nice improvement with lip fillers. These fillers, (Volbella, Restylane, Juvederm) are good to create a symmetrical lip. Implants or fat are alternatives. Technique will be important here, so you'll want to see someone meticulous. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a facial sculpting expert. Best, Dr. Emer
Thank you for your inquiry. Lip fillers will help with this situation. Juvederm, Revaness Kiss, Restylane are all great options. Your braces may also impact the way you smile...and this may change once they are removed. Please consult in person with a board certified plastic surgeon with experience and good reviews. Best of Luck.
Thank you for your question. The best treatment to help add volume to your top lip would be with the use of a dermal filler, such as Juvederm. The will also help improve the amount of red showing when you smile. I recommend having a consultation with an expert injector to help determine the best treatment plan for you. Best of Luck!
Thanks for your question. The upper lip can be fixed with dermal fillers. They are safe and reversible and last 6-12 months depending on the type of filler used. See an expert injector for the best results.
To augment a thinner lip, we typically utilize hyaluronic lip-specific fillers. Fillers such as Juvederm Volbella and Restylane Kysse are specifically designed for lip enhancement to accommodate natural results. Unlike more traditional fillers, these products also tend to last longer, often longer than 12 months which reduces the frequency of additional treatments. You should see a cosmetic dermatologist who specializes in lip augmentation.
Hi Nourat! If you wanted to enhance your upper lip, a lip filler would be a good place to start. Your bottom lip appears fuller than the top lip so giving the top lip just a little bit more volume can make them more proportional and should be noticeable with smiling. I would recommend seeing a board-certified dermatologist for further evaluation. Best, Dr. Scott
There are no home fixes for a small upper lip. Dermal fillers are a quick fix for this and will last about 6 months. I would use Restylane Silk or Refyne.
You would benefit from the use of some dermal fillers such as Juvederm Volbella to give more volume to the upper lips. This is a temporary procedure and if you are unhappy with the results the filler can be dissolved.
