I need help reducing my abdomen. Should I get a tummy tuck, liposuction, or something else?

Having degenerative disc disease makes doing abdominal exercise difficult, and progress slow. I have great spinal care now and am working to strengthen my core and loose some excess weight that I've accumulated over the past few years when I couldn't work out. Reducing my abdomen will help relieve some strain on my back. Sit-ups aren't working.
