i dont have back rolls my back looks fine i dont see the reazon to lipo my back, however if i dont do it i still get charge for that because it is included in the package ??

Answer: BBL without liposuction If you desire in movement of your buttocks with fat in liposuction must be performed. If you do not have fat and desire a better buttocks contour then implants may be your only choice. Seek consultation from several board-certified plastic surgeons

Answer: Is it possible to do bbl without doing lipo to my back? Yes , it is possible. But if theres any fat on your back , it is better to get rid of it so that your butt looks better after your transfer.Very rarely a woman has no fat on her love handles , even when very skinny. If that is your case, and there is no fat , your surgeon won't touch the area , since theres no point on doing it. In most cases, the charge for BBL is the same wether you harvest the fat form the front or the back. Best wishes
