i dont have back rolls my back looks fine i dont see the reazon to lipo my back, however if i dont do it i still get charge for that because it is included in the package ??

If you desire in movement of your buttocks with fat in liposuction must be performed. If you do not have fat and desire a better buttocks contour then implants may be your only choice. Seek consultation from several board-certified plastic surgeons

Thanks for the question and provided information as well.
Fat can be harvested from many areas: arms, abdomen, back, flanks, thighs, etc. You can discuss it with your surgeon.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less.
l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.

Yes , it is possible. But if theres any fat on your back , it is better to get rid of it so that your butt looks better after your transfer.Very rarely a woman has no fat on her love handles , even when very skinny. If that is your case, and  there is no fat , your surgeon won't touch the area , since theres no point on doing it. In most cases,  the charge for BBL is the same wether you harvest the fat form the front or the back. Best wishes

BBL requires liposuction to harvest fat. I do not charge separately for the harvest.  You have to review the policy with your surgeon.
