Do I need a tummy tuck or can I just get lipo and BBL? Age 28, no kids, 176cm, 78kg. (photos)

Thanks for your question. It is difficult to tell from your pictures if you are a good candidate for a BBL. I suggest uploading better pictures, front back and side. Otherwise, I recommend you schedule a consult for a proper evaluation. Make sure the surgeon you choose has extensive experience with BBLs and clean credentials. Based on your photos you should be fine with just the liposuction. You have good skin quality, minimal rectus diastasis, minimal stretch marks and no skin overhang.

based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. Thank you for your question and pictures. If you don't have children and you're planning to in the future, I suggest getting liposuction and wait after having children for the Tummy Tuck. Images are a little blurry and it doesn't seem like you need one now.

Great question. In a patient that’s only 28 years old with no kids, I would not jump to a tummy tuck right off the bat; especially in a patient that’s prone to keloids. Your photos do not appear to be that bad at all. I would consider j plasma for skin tightening along with your liposuction in fat transfer procedure. What I tell my patients is this; you can always go and do a tummy tuck later, if you choose to. However, you cannot reverse it once you perform it. That said, you should be OK if you are not opposed to continuing to have a little bit of skin laxity…
