Hello thank you for your question. The pain you are describing is fairly common after liposuction and is caused by swelling. Post operative massage can help alleviate pain in the lower back. Stay away from overly processed food which can be high in sodium (which makes swelling worse), and try to stick with leafy greens and lean meats. Make sure to walk to help alleviate swelling and pain and to ensure blood is flowing to the freshly grafted fat. Hope this helps, good luck to you!
