Can i get a BBL if i have some internal scar tissue from butt implants removal?

I had butt implants removed after only having them in a year when i found out i had an infection called biofilms which then i had gotten them removed and was told that he had burned around the capsule i guess where the infection/bacteria was. Now even with the infection gone i feel I have internal scar tissue in that area because i sometimes have a little pain/discomfort when i sit too long . Wondering could i still get a bbl or will that make things worser or more painful.

Revisions with preexisting scars will certainly increase the level of difficulty of the surgery and may prevent realization of optimal results.

There’s no yes or no answer to your question. Each plastic surgeon will have their own review and well without question need to see you in person to be able to give you a quality assessment and proper recommendations.
Biofilms are caused by slow-growing bacteria called staphylococcus epidermidis.
The bacteria cannot be cultured and is very difficult to diagnose. It cannot be treated with antibiotics and it’s unlikely to ever leave the body especially if any remaining spaces or scar tissue is present. it’s not possible to burn out all of the bacteria.
It is the primary cause for women who have recurrent breast implant capsular contracture‘s without other explanation.
It can also cause complications to any type of implant including vascular graphs etc.
I suggest having a few in person consultations with local board-certified plastic surgeons who have a lot of experience with the BBL procedure.
Gluteal implants have a long list of complications and undesirable side effects and when patients opt for this procedure they should be aware that they are taking those risks which can potentially limit future options.
