I’m scheduled to have breast augmentation later in February. My surgeon is placing the implants under the muscle. I am deciding between 440 and 470 cc implants. My only concern is that my breasts will be really far apart and I’ll be left with the dreaded “refund gap”. Will larger implants reduce my risk of this happening?

Answer: How to achieve cleavage with breast augmentation There are limits to create cleavage with breast implant placement. Insertion of pectoral muscles, inclination of ribs and chest bone will all contribute to position of implants on your chest and creation of cleavage. In general, surgeon needs to avoid dissection of implant pocket too lateral to avoid separation and lateral displacement of implants. Good luck.
